Hi, I’m Lindsey, and I’m here to help you achieve your fitness goals! Fitness and nutrition have been a core part of my life since childhood, thanks to my father, a former bodybuilder, who taught me much of what I know about strength training and nutrition. As a Firefighter/Paramedic, maintaining peak physical condition is part of my duty, and it’s become a way of life for me. I also hold a BSN degree and an RN license, which has given me a holistic view of health and nutrition.
In addition, I own a meal-prepping business, helping clients reach their goals through healthy, balanced meals. My program is designed to empower you to take control of your own health by learning proper nutrition and exercise techniques. You’ll gain the tools you need to achieve sustainable weight loss—without relying on diet pills, personal trainers, or fad diets.
